We understand that unforeseen circumstances might lead to missed classes. For this reason, we offer the opportunity for make-up classes within our program. If your child misses a session, you can arrange a within-the-week make-up class or a within-the-term make-up class. Details for make-up lessons will be provided before each term begins. Please keep in mind that make-up classes are subject to availability.

At MatchPlay Enrichment, your child's growth and satisfaction are our priorities. We offer a refund policy in case of withdrawal from the program. If you decide to withdraw, please provide at least four classes' notice. In cases of shorter notice, there may be additional charges. Please note that fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as stipulated in our policy.

Enrollment in MatchPlay Enrichment programs is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Full payment must be made before the first lesson or prior to the start of the new term. Payments can be made through internet banking transfer or PayNow. Please indicate your child's name in the description/remarks section. For late payments, a fee of S$10 per week will apply from the third week of each term.

Our assessment protocol is an integral part of our commitment to tailored learning. The assessment process utilizes our licensed MATCH Protocol to determine your child's readiness and appropriate placement within our curriculum. The assessment fee covers the costs associated with the evaluation. While the assessment is not a placement test, it provides insights into your child's current level of gross motor skills and potential areas for improvement. This information aids in creating a customized learning journey for your child, ensuring their optimal development.
